KB swings were the hardest part felt like crying every set but didn't let go.  GHD situps were awful! news is 135lbs is very manageable for me, bad news 165 will def be done in singles.  I hope I can get about 3-4 minutes with that bar and hit 12-15 reps. 3x per week i'll do 4 sets of 6 unbroken.&amp;nbsp; Today I did this no problem, gradually increasing to 8, 10, 12, 15 reps and so forth.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;WOD 1:&lt;br /&gt;Work to heavy clean n jerk no max - 255lbs - power cleaned and jerked with relative ease.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;rest 15 minutes&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;WOD 2:&lt;br /&gt;3 rounds:&lt;br /&gt;15 ohs @ 95&lt;br /&gt;15 burpees&lt;br /&gt;4:50 - pissed I dropped the bar twice, should've been unbroken&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;rest 30 minutes&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;WOD 3:&lt;br /&gt;AMRAP 12&lt;br /&gt;2 rope climbs&lt;br /&gt;5 dbell hanf squat clean @ 45lbs&lt;br /&gt;200m run&lt;br /&gt;8 rounds - I was flying and moving well.&amp;nbsp;
